Job description: Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Data Analysis

  • Analyze customer database and segment users based on behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage.
  • Track and report customer retention, churn, reactivation, and LTV (lifetime value) trends.
  • Support personalization and targeting strategies through data-driven segmentation.

2. Campaign Performance Reporting

  • Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness across channels (EDM, WhatsApp, SMS, Social, and Paid Ads etc.).
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

3. Marketing Automation Support

  • Collaborate with the CRM & Performance team to set up automated journeys and triggers based on customer data and behavior.
  • Analyze journey performance and suggest optimization points.

4. Business Intelligence

  • Support ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into customer behavior, marketing performance, and sales trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Online Business & Trading) to align insights with business goals.

5. Data Governance & Integrity

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT/Regional teams to maintain data hygiene and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM, marketing analytics, or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, etc.) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to translate complex data into clear and concise insights.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of RFM analysis, predictive modeling, or A/B testing.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
