Job description: A well-known F&B outlet brand with strong company culture and a wide global footprint is seeking a Manager of Marketing and Communications – Middle East to lead brand marketing, PR, communications, culinary initiatives, digital strategy, and guest experience for its licensed partners across the Middle East.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional brand marketing strategies and guest experiences that reflect the brand’s identity and values.
• Lead digital and social media content strategy, ensuring cohesion with global brand direction.
• Drive guest insight programs, support PR campaigns, and lead proactive/reactive communications efforts.
• Guide culinary program execution and innovation in partnership with local teams.
• Oversee market entry and expansion initiatives, including pre-launch and opening activations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, 6–8 years of experience in marketing/communications, and 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong background in food/hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Proficiency in digital media, branding, consumer insights, and PR.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in 1–2 additional regional languages is an advantage.
• Less experiences in Middle East but strong in SEA is considered.
• Willing to be based in Hong Kong with frequent travel.
