Job description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEvents & Campaign planning

• Prepare and implement promotional campaign including media co-op, print & online advertising and direct mailing in line with HQ and ensure boutiques are aware of all advertising activity.
• Assist in planning and execution of in-boutique & external events in HK, Macau & Taiwan, including invitation, venue design, programme and catering.

PR & Advertising

• Proof-read press release and translation, liaise with PR agencies on distribution and product shooting.
• Prepare assets (visuals/video) for online and offline advertising.
• Monitoring of press coverage reports and competitors’ activities.

Administration

• Compile monthly marketing & campaign/event reports.
• Invoice processing and purchase order creation.
• Manage GWP stock levels with boutique team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education : University graduate
• Experience : Related marketing or event experience is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Good communication skills, positive attitude and independent
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
