Look no further! Belgravia Academy is on the hunt for a passionate and dynamic Marketing and Partnerships Consultant to join our team. You’ll be at the forefront of promoting our programs and business and use social media to drum up interest and enrolments. Working closely with all of our team, including a new Sales and Partnerships Consultant and the Digital Brand Manager.Responsibilities include:

• Organising and undertaking promotional activity such as events and expos (interstate and in Vic)
• Aligning promotion and marketing plans to enrolment targets and training activity
• Producing content and publishing on social media platforms regularly
• Assisting in the production of marketing materials
• Enhancing brand visibility and networking with businesses to source new partnerships and leads.
• Record keeping and reporting on activity and progress.

Requirements include:

• Proven experience in marketing and business development within the education sector.
• Knowledge of promotional and marketing techniques, concepts and activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, social media platforms, and CRM software,
• Highly developed verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to cold call and generate new business opportunities
• Proven ability to devise and implement promotional strategies
• Excellent negotiation and partnership building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective networking capabilities
• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
• Commitment to Workplace Health & Safety and Child Safety.
