Job description: RESPONSIBILITIES Develop research briefs that are aligned with business strategies Lead the flawless and timely execution of all consumer tests in assigned projects with minimal supervision Lead the analysis of all consumer tests in assigned projects Identify and recommend next steps and implications in assigned projects Lead discussions with research vendors Represent CIA in cross-functional research discussions and help provide consumer test plans and directions Support the establishment of a consumer-centric culture in the CIA organization Other projects that maybe assigned by the manager QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Statistics or Research Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field of consumer research Working knowledge in consumer research approaches and methodologies Strong analytical thinking and communication skills Has keen attention to details Can work independently and under pressure Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace Knowledge of statistics and statistical software is a plus Show more Show less
