This role focuses on driving operational efficiency through data analysis, process improvement, and training on digital tools and production metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in manufacturing environments, and proficiency in systems like SAP, DMO, and FEAT.A day in the life:Conducts training sessions for shopfloor operations on digital tools such as DMO and POKA to enhance operational efficiencyTrain employees on key production indicators (St-21.908-03) to evaluate and optimize production performanceVerify and maintain Line Standards in the production area to ensure compliance and consistencyAccurately and promptly enter data into SAP, DMO Performance, and FEAT systemsAnalyze production data and deviations, identifying root causes to drive process improvementsInvestigate and improve product transition processes to enhance workflow efficiencyConduct rational and effective workload analysis at workstations to optimize resource utilizationPerform assigned roles in GLOBE/SAP systems with high competence and accuracyWhat makes you success in the role:At least 2-year work in the manufacturing / food industry or factory operationUnderstanding of the external business environment with good analytical skillsExcellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English, fluent in Mandarin will be a plusDiploma or higher educationExperienced in TPM, continuous improvement methodology and production digital transformation will be a plusWe, at all levels, are strongly committed to the Company, its development and its culture.
