Job description: Overview:This role will be responsible for leading efficient and effective operations of Make & Move support and Asset management services in ChCC SC to support China Business. This position will cover the Capability Center service delivery for China BU.He/She will also play a pivotal role in multiple stakeholders’ management to put together the ongoing optimization for Make & Move support and Asset management services.The purpose of the role is to:

  • Lead delivery of Capability Center SC Reporting & Analytics support services to China Foods with a continuous eye to streamlining and enhancing capabilities by leveraging data and technology.
  • Monitor the daily work of team and assist team members with exceptional situations or customer escalation.
  • Manage the database of raw material suppliers which include audit reports, complaints and action plans, 3rd part test reports and certification release. And manage the project of production and Engineering implement is plants.
  • Provide engineering support to manage contracts, track capex receiving, periodic payment, manage engineering file, and engineering suppliers’ management.
  • Provide periodic progress review and reporting to Engineering manager for China Foods engineering projects.
  • Consolidate plant performance data and provide analysis to support BU and plants, help to identify cost saving and performance improvement opportunities
  • Develop a highly effective team with a focus on talent development and high performance.

Responsibilities:Lead reporting team and Support consolidation and analysis to get an effective and accurate reporting system * Plant Performance KPIs tracking Report; Power Steering tracking reports

  • Sustainability tracking reports; Support GCR AOP/PSP reporting
  • Build and maintain data model for P&P tracking
  • Generate regular KPI reports per pre-defined template; Monitor model output

Supporting of plant RM requisition and backflush activities * Generate regular KPI reports per pre-defined template; Monitor model output, forward/ key-into system accordingly

  • Generate RM requisition report for ship to line material quantity and monitor the RM backflush run

General support on reporting * RPA initiatives, maintenance, and monitoring; BI tool change request based on changing business needs

  • Provide training to optimize and standardize reporting & analytics as a competitive advantage for China Foods market
  • Lead SC Business Analytics and Evaluate new technology platforms for various use cases
  • Ongoing improvement of reporting capabilities by eliminating duplicate reporting, standardizing reports where applicable and developing new reports that enables faster and better decision-making process

General support on quality control and compliance * Maintain PepsiCo quality compliance policy, make sure material reports meet PepsiCo specification & GB standard.

  • Check supplier re-approval data and prepare Re-approval Letter.
  • Coordinate BU SQA for supplier SPM (supplier performance management).
  • Maintain the one drive system and share the supplier data for all sites QC.
  • Coordinate Raw material Supplier audit plant base on BU and plants supports, maintenance audit reporting system and summarize complaints and action plans, collect 3rd part report and support BU to release certification.

Supporting of engineering projects management * Monitor the timeline of projects in plans and support documents if projects need

  • Manage payments according to payment schedule; and track capex receiving according to capital schedule
  • Issue monthly tracking report and make rolling forecast of payment and capital for discussion with project manager.
  • Work with finance team to review and adjust the plan to meet target; Prepare documents as required by internal control

Overall engineering related supplier and filing management * Establish and update supplier database; Coordinate with suppliers to get invoice and chopping

  • Coach suppliers to do pre-payment or other related processes
  • Establish record system for new contracts, Follow-up approval process for standard format
  • Maintain contract database, Project documentation management
  • Analyze technical and supplier information to support import equipment’ customs clearance.
  • Plant capex project support: Contract tracking for BU / Plants; Timely send updated information and perform tracking

People Responsibilities * Lead the make, move support and asset management team, driving engagement and operational excellence through training and R&R

  • Coach and support direct reports in speed of execution and quality of service delivery
  • Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within ChBS to achieve an effective audit rating
  • Develop strong working relationships with China BU to grow the GBS partnership and enhance ways of working

Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective.Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Data Analytics and Reporting (cloud-based desirable), or similar experience
  • Experience in Supply Chain management, quality management, Foods industry manufacturing, food process technical is desired.
  • SAP expertise desired.
  • Excellent skills in Data Analytics and Reporting platforms in Microsoft Office, PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
  • 2+ years people management experience; Possess high personal integrity and standards
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Highly analytical with particular attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric and collaborative.
  • Fluent English skill in reading, writing, and speaking
  • Be able to work under high pressure
