Job Overview: We are seeking a Business Development Executive (Proposal/Bid Management) to secure new business opportunities through private and government bidding portals. As the bridge between clients and our technical team, you will ensure effective communication and successful project delivery. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in winning projects across web, mobile, desktop, and cloud development. Key Responsibilities :- Identify and bid on projects through online platforms. – Write tailored proposals for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud development projects. – Maintain profiles and portfolios on bidding portals. – Engage with clients to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions. – Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. – Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear communication of client needs. – Manage client communication and follow-ups. – Build and nurture long-term client relationships. Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience securing projects via online bidding. – Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills. – Excellent written and verbal communication, with global client experience. – Preferred technical knowledge in web, desktop, mobile, and cloud development (AWS/GCP/Azure). – Proven track record in IT sales/marketing roles, achieving targets and driving growth.
