• Proven experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in leading and managing CRM strategy projects from start to finish
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM
• Experience working with diverse clients and industries
