Group Procurement is responsible for the sourcing of all goods and services needed for the Group’s operations. The goal of the Group’s sourcing activities is to acquire the right goods and services for the intended purpose, at the right time, quality and cost. This process aims to balance the Group’s overall needs for economy, efficiency, value for money, suitability, competition, transparency, accountability, and environmental and social sustainability, while ensuring risks are properly managed.The Manager- Vendor Performance, is responsible for overseeing the performance and compliance of the bank’s vendors once they have been onboarded, ensuring they meet agreed service levels and contractual obligations. This role involves monitoring vendor performance, identifying and resolving performance issues, and fostering strong relationships with vendors to drive continuous improvement and alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives.On a day-day you will be responsible for:

  • Vendor Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and implement a comprehensive framework to monitor vendor performance against agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, ensuring vendors consistently meet the bank’s expectation.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, etc.
  • 7+ years of experience in sourcing or Supply Chain, with experience in vendor performance management
  • 3+ years in managerial roles
  • Technical Knowledge: knowledge of vendor performance management, vendor management
  • Skills: stakeholder management, Microsoft, proficiency in sourcing software and tools, etc.
  • Strong ability to manage a portfolio of vendors
