Key lease event critical date management, controls the leasing / own portfolio to achieve strategic objectives for real estate.Leading the supporting team member to manage various type of transactions including acquisition, renewal and disposition etc. To close out transactions in a proper manner.Provide professional advice to the client from the real estate perspective.Manage the transactions as per the client’s “Transaction management process”.The success will be measured by client satisfaction and revenue performance.Business DevelopmentIdentify, connect and establish relationship with potential Chinese corporate clients.Develop business development plan, including SOWT analysis, approach and solutioning.Manage client relationship through one off transaction opportunities or building the trust from providing valuable advice.Assist or leading the RFP process for individual transaction or service agreement process. It is requiring proposal development and presentation skills.Contribute to the team for the agreed sales target with good sense of cross-selling JLL’s other service lines.Desired or preferred experience and technical skillsPractical knowledge and understanding of real estate principles and practices.3 – 5 years’ experience in Real Estate management, preferably within a Multi-national organizationStrong negotiating, strategic planning and communication skillsStrong relationship management and Networking skillsExcellent communication skills and fluency in English and MandarinStrong analytical skills.
