Job description: **What’s the role?**We have a great opportunity for someone to join the team on a 12-month parental leave contract with a view to permanent!Reporting to the Senior Manager of Subscripton Growth, this role plays a pivotal role in the success of our core consumer subscription business across all our brands, with a focus on improving commercial and customer metrics.The Manager Subscriber Servicing is responsible for delivering and optimising the subscriber value management (book management) program across the portfolio, as well as customer communication relating to service issues.The role is responsible for ensuring plans for the portfolio are built out to achieve business targets, measuring the performance of these brands and keeping key stakeholders informed.This diverse role requires an outcome-focused critical thinker who is comfortable in spreadsheets with high-level formulas, with both strong analytical and written skills, and who is capable of building excellent relationships across a number of key business units and stakeholders.Our products include The Australian, The Daily Telegraph, Herald Sun, The Courier-Mail, The Advertiser, Mercury, Geelong Advertiser, NT News, Gold Coast Bulletin, Townsville Bulletin, Cairns Post, The Chronicle, The Weekly Times, SuperCoach, Code**Who are you?**+ 5+ years in equivalent role+ Collaborative self starter and motivated individual with a bias for action who enjoys a fast paced dynamic environment+ A critical thinker who can digest complex data+ Excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills+ Well-developed project management and stakeholder engagement skills+ Strong verbal and written communication skills+ Excellent accuracy and attention to detail+ Advanced Excel skills**News Benefits**News Benefits is our way of saying thank you to our people for their valued contribution to News, our audiences, clients and communities.
