Job description: Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesTarget SettingDefine and monitor action plans to achieve key program milestones.Align targets across delivery heads and ensure unified execution focus.Analyze and forecast risks, generating insights for informed decision-making.Track and ensure timely risk closure while maintaining TCP control.Execution & Risk ManagementIdentify and forecast risks across platforms; drive prioritization and timely escalation to PD Head.Monitor project timelines, component/system deliverables, and escalate emerging risks as needed.Conduct regular Risk Management Reviews with President and Program teams, offering strategic direction to CFTs.Develop and maintain dashboards for Program Risk and Platform Health, updating PD Heads and President.Track Risk Indices and TCP variance across entities to ensure robust evaluations.Standardize Risk Assessment & Mitigation practices for horizontal deployment.Navigate dynamic project scenarios and serve as a proactive change agent.Deep dive into program-critical issues and support robust, team-driven resolutions.Lead new product development projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, quality, and schedule.Oversee and coordinate cross-project initiatives; assign and manage inter-team responsibilities.Foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure delivery alignment.Demonstrate adaptability to shifting project scopes and requirements with resilience and clarity.Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with automotive sector in the realm of Program/Risk management, preferably in new product development.

Qualifications

  • MBA and Engineering degree from a Tier-1 college with a strong academic background.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects, transitions, or consulting projects with a focus on time, cost, and quality.
  • Excellent skills in project scheduling, tracking, and management.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) with stakeholders and senior business leaders.
  • Results-oriented with a high level of efficiency and effectiveness under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
