Share in the successes and rewards that we’ll build as a team.How you will make an impact:Strategic Planning & Business Growth· To assist in planning the property services strategies to align with the Group’s objectives and KPIs· To drive and monitor the implementation of strategic plan and quality service among all business units· To facilitate the communication, cooperation and collaboration between all business units and functional teams to build a culture of teamworkQuality Control & Process Improvement· To assist Director of Property Services in ensuring the delivery of the quality and service strategies to all business units and facilitate their proper execution· To ensure standardization of SOP of all business units as a whole· To interact and liaise closely with the Group related to the Group policies and procedures mattersPerformance Monitoring & Reporting· To review the operational performance and compliance of all business units and identify any potential shortfalls and areas for improvements in specific areas· To coordinate with all business units to identify the specific objectives and key performance index and monitor the achievement· To drive all business units on excel higher continuously in quality service· To oversee quality assurance team to ensure the functions are carried out in a timely and accurate manner including but not limited to the following:

  • Maintain the quality management in accordance with the International Standard and statutory requirement
  • Develop, implement and maintain the quality assurance documentation of CCG PS covering property management service, cleaning service, security service and M&E service
  • Determine, review and recommend the areas for improvement and monitor the compliance of the policies and procedures through audit, site visit, risk assessment and staff feedback
  • To oversee the external audit and plan for the execution of internal quality audit and operation inspection
  • To facilitate the understanding of all relevant staff to the executive of the related guidelines and procedures

· Analysis of the data collected from all business units and prepare the report for management review and recommend corrective actions based on data-driven insights· Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Director of Property ServicesWhat we are looking for:

  • Degree holder in quality management, property management, building services or property related disciplines
  • At least 10 years’ solid experience in quality management process implementation and reinforcement of which 5 years at a managerial level
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Ability to manage quality documentation and track performance using KPIs
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Experience in property management industry and knowledge in BIM is an advantage
