Lead Strategic Planning process and facilitate the Annual Operating Plan preparation for the Company2. Support and participate in the CFT discussions to drive the Strategic Initiatives and update the Top Management of the status through Business Analysis and create alerts on major developments3. Strategy Deployment for Top Management4. Lead and Review Quarterly performance of the Plan parameters5. Supporting in conducting effective Business review meetings and providing Analytical support to Top Management for decision making6. Team building in terms of Capability, knowledge sharing etc.7. Special Projects as assigned by Management from time to time
