This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-value strategic partnerships that align with our commercial objectives and deliver long-term value.You’ll lead the charge in securing new business opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and fostering a diverse and dynamic partner network. Your ability to think strategically, act commercially, and collaborate effectively will be essential in delivering innovative, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.About YouYou are a commercially minded leader with a passion for building meaningful B2B partnerships and unlocking growth. You bring a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of complex market environments.Skills and Experience:

• Track record of identifying, creating, or expanding business opportunities that deliver value to both our business and external partners, clients, or stakeholders
• Proven ability to develop and negotiate complex commercial agreements and identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
• Experience in industries such as energy, telecommunications, or financial services.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align strategic goals with customer needs and organisational strengths.
• Confidence in navigating ambiguity and evolving market conditions with a solutions-focused approach.
• Well-developed industry networks and a solid understanding of energy market dynamics and distribution channels.
• Outstanding presentation and negotiation and influencing skills.
• Inclusive leadership style with experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results through collaboration and clear direction.

Location

• Location: Based at our Southbank, Melbourne office
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with flexibility between office and remote work
• Collaboration: Regular presence at the ENGIE office is required to support cross-functional collaboration
• Travel: This role involves travel of up to 75%, depending on business needs
