The role will also drive improved contractor performance, oversee strategic infrastructure and capital works projects and will have an oversight to the NMTAFE’s ten-year Strategic Infrastructure Plan.Furthermore, this role will have input to environment and sustainability initiatives within the built environment in line with State Government targets and reporting requirements.For Further Job Related InformationPlease contact Chris Dark, Director Facilities on 0477 366 341 orWork BenefitsOur employees have access to a range of benefits including:

• Substantial experience and knowledge of the management, operation and maintenance of facilities with the ability to meet statutory and policy requirements
• Demonstrated high-level project management and organisational skills including the ability to plan, coordinate and deliver the agreed outcomes for high value projects in a complex environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations, and a demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge in the built environment
