Last date to Apply: 6th May 2025What is Manager Source to Pay?Manager Source to Pay will manage and streamline the company’s procurement processes from the sourcing stage through to payment. This role is integral in ensuring that procurement activities align with the company’s financial objectives, promoting effective supplier relationships, and maintaining financial controls. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency.The role reports directly to the Head of Corporate Finance.What does Manager Source to Pay do?· Oversee the accounts payable department and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.· Develop and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures.· Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.· Monitor and analyze accounts payable processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.· Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, including aging reports, cash flow projections, and vendor performance metrics.· Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable· Assist with audits and provide documentation and support as needed· Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.· Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.· Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Source to Pay process, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.· Implement best practices and process automation where possible to streamline workflows and reduce administrative overhead.· Monitor and resolve any issues related to the procurement process, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.· Manage and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and supplier queries.· Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation related to procurement transactions.· Provide visibility to management on procurement spending, cost savings, and process performance.· Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.· Identify and mitigate any risks associated with the sourcing and payment processes.· Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.RequirementsWhat are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Source to Pay?· Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications such as CIPS or equivalent are a plus.· Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Account Payable, supply chain management, with a strong understanding of the Source to Pay process.· Proven track record in managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and procurement contracts.· Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.· Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.· Proactive and results-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement.· Collaborative team player who can build relationships across different departments.· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.BenefitsWhy Join Deodar TowerCo?Deodar TowerCo is committed to delivering high-quality tower infrastructure solutions.
