This role is vital in ensuring all sites meet our brand guidelines and providing customers with a consistent, high-quality experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Service and Business Optimisation Manager to set and achieve performance targets.
  • Ensure car parks comply with our branding and presentation guidelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and visual standards.
  • Keep accurate records of inspections, compliance, and corrective actions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for site maintenance and branding.
  • Address customer feedback related to site presentation and implement improvements based on insights and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in site management, brand compliance, or a similar role, preferably in the parking or facilities industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand management and site presentation standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with site management software is a plus.

Expected salary: $100000 per year
