Job description: Responsibilities :

• Project planning and execution: Develop comprehensive project plans for assigned tracks and

ensuring their successful execution. Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of initiatives, as
well as create detailed timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets to achieve project goals
effectively.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the initiative analyst, Infosys delivery team, and external consulting firms to ensure
seamless project planning and execution. Manage cross-functional teams, foster effective
collaboration and ensure all stakeholders are aligned towards achieving project objectives.

• Leadership and Development

Mentor and groom a team of analysts, fostering a high-performing culture. Align team members with
organizational goals, encourage professional growth, and promote accountability and excellence
within the team.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Track and report on project milestones, provide regular updates to stakeholders, monitor progress,
identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.

• Financial Analysis

Monitor budgets, evaluate financial impacts, and assess the cost-effectiveness of solutions during
project execution. Ensure financial accountability while delivering strategic outcomes.

• Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, delivery
teams, sales teams, and external consultants. Effectively communicate initiative status, risks, and
opportunities, while managing expectations and fostering stakeholder alignment.

• Innovation and Problem-Solving

Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
