About the Role
As the Manager, Scheduling and Partnerships Systems, you will manage a suite of critical SaaS applications (e.g., TimeEdit, Allocate Plus, Exam Scheduler, CourseLoop, InPlace) to support La Trobe’s educational objectives. Leading a dynamic team of Functional Analysts and System Administrators, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for system lifecycle management.
  • Provide expert advice on system enhancements, integrations, and emerging tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and meet operational goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across systems and services.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience in managing student administration or learning applications within an ITSM framework.
  • Strong technical knowledge of system integration, SQL, and reporting tools.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage technical teams and foster professional development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
  • A deep understanding of the higher education sector and its unique application requirements.
