Job description: Roles and Responsibilities– Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients while actively developing new client partnerships.- Designing and executing targeted sales campaigns and strategies to drive revenue growth for the company.- Delivering impactful presentations to clients, effectively showcasing our services.- Establishing trusted, strategic relationships with assigned accounts to ensure the ongoing value of our offerings.- Understanding clients’ objectives and supporting them in achieving their goals.- Addressing client concerns and resolving complaints promptly and effectively.- Keeping existing clients engaged through regular CRM initiatives and diligent follow-ups to maximize business opportunities.- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecast to monitor performance & set target.- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent pre & post sale support.- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Required skills & Qualifications:- Strong leadership and result driven.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to build & maintain client relationships.- Well-versed in MS Office.- Self-motivated, and confident with a pleasant personality.- Strong strategic capabilities combined with creative tactical skills.- Teamwork and people skills.- Observational and critical thinking skills.- Ability to take initiative.- Resilience & Empathy.- Graduate in any discipline.- Preferably from Travel & Tourism, Hospitality domain (ref:updazz.com)
