Job description: Our client is a leading LCC with extensive international and domestic operations across multiple bases in Asia.They are currently looking for an analytical and data-driven individual to take on the role as Manager, Route Revenue – Australia who will be responsible for optimizing revenue through strategic pricing, inventory control, demand forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals.The ideal candidate must be a critical and analytical thinker with strong decision-making skills that are data-driven and with a willingness to further learn and grow in the field of revenue management.This position will require relocation to be on-site in their HQ and will be on expatriate terms.Job Responsibilities

• Support revenue strategy development by assisting in pricing, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
• Monitor market demand, pricing trends, and competitor activity to refine revenue strategies.
• Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Conduct industry research to enhance pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
• Lead and mentor analysts to drive revenue performance and achieve strategic goals.
• Deputize for the Route Revenue Head when needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in revenue management, pricing analysis, or related roles (aviation, hospitality, retail, or travel industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, data analysis tools (Python, Google BigQuery, or similar a plus).
• Strong ability to interpret data, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Ability to present findings clearly and work cross-functionally.
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks, learning new tools, and responding to market changes.
