As the Manager of Research Integrity Investigations, you’ll lead a team managing potential breaches of the Australian Code for Responsible Conduct of Research. You’ll provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders, oversee complex investigations, and collaborate with leaders across the University to strengthen the culture of responsible research. This role offers you the chance to significantly impact responsible research practices in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.Your responsibilities will include:Lead and Develop the Investigations Team: Manage, coach, and mentor staff to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement in handling research integrity matters.Oversee Complex Investigations: Manage potential breaches of the Code, ensuring compliance with policies and providing expert advice to stakeholders.Provide Strategic Guidance: Offer high-level advice to senior management on research integrity issues, risks, and opportunities.Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships across the University and externally to promote research integrity.You may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced leader with a strong background in investigations or research integrity, possessing excellent analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex, sensitive issues while maintaining stakeholder relationships at senior levels.You may also:Have a relevant qualification with extensive experience in a complex environment.Possess specialist investigations qualifications (highly desirable).Demonstrate outstanding relationship management and communication skills.Have experience in case management of assessments and investigations.Excel at managing competing priorities and delivering robust outcomes.Be skilled in leading and developing teams to achieve organisational goals.What we offer you
