We are currently seeking a skilled Manager Quality Assurance & Whistle blow Investigation with 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team.Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance systems.
– Conduct audits and process evaluations to ensure compliance.
– Collaborate with departments to improve services and customer satisfaction.
– Train and mentor quality assurance staff.Required Skills:
– Proficient in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant certifications in quality assurance are a plus.Job Specification

• Strong Knowledge of IIA standards. Ability to work independently, and Communication & reporting.

Job Rewards and Benefits

Expected salary: 130000 – 160000 per year
