• Lead and develop team of 3 project managers responsible for delivering a variety of national commercial property projects.
• Develop and implement innovative project management strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop new approaches to optimise property project delivery.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven 6+ years leadership experience in directly managing a team of project professionals.
• Strong technical expertise in project delivery, property management and facilities management.
• A deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative and results-oriented approach to work.
