Responsibilities:

• Maintain a robust product governance framework
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure a responsible and sustainable manufacturing and distribution process throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure adherence to product governance policy and enhance product effectiveness
• Manage ad hoc projects to drive end-to-end product lifecycle enhancements
• Prepare various reports or updates to support the product governance work

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Risk Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, prior experience in bank governance is an advantage
• Excellent project management, business acumen, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented. customer-centric and able to work under pressure
• Ability to navigate complexities and collaborate with different stakeholders
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
