Through this work, we foster inclusion and connection for our guests, educators and internal partners. Product Education Operations is responsible for building standards, processes, and auditing systems for all Product Education outputs. We own resourcing and scheduling for all Product Education copy, naming and content strategy.a day in the life: what you’ll do
- Reporting to the Product Education Sr. Director who is responsible for providing strategy to the Product Education teams.
- Manage Product Education Operations Team
- Proactively develops and streamlines internal processes associated with given projects easily jumpstarting work for others.
- Responsible for enrolling and aligning other product partners in support of their work. They know that bringing teams together in a shared goal, is when the magic happens.
key responsibilitiesPE Ops Strategy + Content Development
- Audit and Assessment of all PE Process
- Create Process, timelines and workbacks for Learning strategies/per season
- Create Process, timelines and workbacks for Content strategies/per season
- Create comms and operationalize content
- Library management of ALL Product Education content
Rework Management
- Manage PE inputs for each rework project
Descriptive Naming
- Develop seasonal timelines (and process if needed) based on GTM milestone dates and activities
- Develop process for PDP Naming update+ intake of requests/queries
- Comms re: Name change activities
WWMT
- Create Ops Comms Re: Process + Training
- Create seasonal WWMT process to align with GTM• Create process for GTM Milestone Strategy to be shared with PE Copy
Ecomm/UX
- Deliver timelines and resourcing needs for UX Design Support
PDP + EPDP
- Create Ops Comms Re: Process + Training
- Create process and timelines in accordance with Content Ops work-backs and GTM calendar
- Resourcing of PDP work
- Elevated PDPs
- Intake of ePDP requests from DBE
- Build Process for ePDP and ongoing updates
- Resourcing for ePDPs
Growth Initiatives Projects
- Support special projects by delivering process and information, as needed, and resourcing
- Creation of workbacks and timelines pertaining to Product Education inputs per project
Special Packaging
- Resource, create workbacks, process mapping
qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or communications and/or equivalent experience
- Project Management (PMP) online course or equivalent
- 5+ years of people leadership/project management experience
- A desire to continue pursuing higher education as it pertains to this role
- Knowledge of the go-to-market calendar, WWMT process, and product development lifecycle
- Experience in creating and delivering multi-functional input process maps
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook & Office Suite, Sharepoint, and Smartsheet documents

The typical hiring range for this position is from $107,00-$141,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
