  • Assist Senior Manager Payroll in defining the overall strategy and vision for the payroll function to enhance automation and scalability while ensuring accurate, timely, secured and compliant payroll processing.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support system integration and configuration requirements.
  • Enhance and maintain strong business relationships with partners throughout the organization and external parties regarding existing and new pay programs.
  • Provide audit documentation while striving for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coach, mentor, support and develop Payroll Specialists/Administrators to optimize operation effectiveness.
  • Stay current on payroll related rules and regulations in all jurisdictions across Asia and Australia/New Zealand and proactively advise business partners on potential implications for the organization as a whole and local jurisdictions.
  • Responsibility for managing and executing payroll for Asia.
  • Provide support for ad hoc assignments and reports as needed across the organization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and find solutions

Qualifications

  • 10 years payroll experience with demonstrated increased responsibility.
  • Experience in payroll implementations with strong technical knowledge in system development and configuration.
  • Proficiency in automated payroll systems, Workday, Ceridian Dayforce and Oracle.
  • Hands on payroll operation experience for Asia payroll.
  • Strong report writing and excel skills.
  • People leader with a cross-cultural leadership skill to build a high-performance team.
