We’re seeking a IT Program Manager (Manager or Senior Manager) to join our dynamic team in Auckland. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will drive innovation and transformation within the financial services sector in New Zealand.In this role you will:

• Lead and deliver large-scale IT change programs with precision and agility.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with vendors and technology partners.
• Navigate the financial services sectors with your deep industry knowledge.
• Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Utilise your extensive experience to mentor and guide your team towards excellence.

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a managerial or senior managerial role.
• Ideally, a strong professional network within the Auckland area and the broader industry.
