• Minimum role requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Internal Applicants: 4 years of total experience. Years of experience in leadership will be an advantage
• External Applicants: 6 years of total experience. Years of experience in leadership will be an advantage

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement IT process improvement initiatives for operational optimization and cost reduction.
• Lead the development and implementation of IT frameworks, policies, and procedures for regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Manage IT capabilities and knowledge management for supporting strategic objectives.
• Implement talent sourcing and development strategies to build a skilled IT team.
• Manage IT performance and SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Review vendor performance and manage relationships to meet IT objectives.
• Conduct audits to ensure IT systems comply with regulatory and security standards.
• Ensure efficient and effective IT operations aligned with strategic objectives.
• Analyze incidents, identify problems, and provide root cause analysis for prevention.
• Provide performance reports to management as requested.
• Set SMART KPIs, evaluate employee performance, and provide support for improvement
