  • Manage a growing client portfolio of Hong Kong and offshore companies, acting as the client relationship manager with clients.
  • Handle onboarding of new companies / trust structures and the post incorporation procedures to satisfy the need of the clients.
  • Demonstrate effective administration of client entities, and sometime trust structures, in accordance with the CSC values and CSC policies and procedures and ensure such client entities and trust structures are compliant with the corporate governance and compliance requirements and so as the relevant laws and regulations.
  • Deliver quality services in a responsive, excellent way by connecting with clients and bankers, etc.
  • Attend calls or meetings with various clients where appropriate.
  • Liaise and maintain good relationship with different stakeholders within and outside CSC.
  • Assist the Private Client business development goals through proactive management and development of key client relationships and sales activities, where possible.
  • Coach the junior subordinate regarding the full spectrum of company secretarial services and Compliance issues. Develop and lead the subordinate to make valuable contribution on the client portfolio.

Required knowledge and Experience

  • At least 8 years industry experience in Company Secretarial Services on onshore and offshore companies. Experience on Trust Administration is a bonus.
  • Familiar with onshore and offshore corporate laws and regulations, and standard AML policies and requirements of service providers and financial institutions.
  • Associate Member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solution driven, highly organized and detail-orientated with good decision making and time management skills. Able to work effectively and independently, take accountability to deliver solutions and results.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Willing to help the other colleagues in Private Client Team and being a team-player.
  • Successful team management experience on subordinates, such as coaching, mentoring, performance management and employee development, etc.
  • Fluent in written English and Chinese and oral English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
