Job description: Responsibilities: Align and/or streamline Maybank Investment Banking Group (MIBG) practices with Group Non-Financial Risk (NFR) practices to ensure efficient, consistent and high quality deliverables for use by the entities Provide guidance and oversight in product/project approval/sign-off, outsourcing assessments (pre/post assessment), BCP exercises, etc. Oversee the collection of NFR data (operational risk, BCM and/or outsourcing) for analysis and reporting which includes data extraction and sorting from the risk modules in the GRC system. Oversee the preparation of reports and tracking of issues that are escalated to the Management Support the establishment of effective reporting on the monthly operational risk dashboard i.e. risk events, risk profile and key risk indicators by entities and/or Group and highlight on issues and areas of key concern Oversee trend analysis and monitoring of business/support units NFR activities for prompt and proactive mitigating action to minimize failure and interruption Guide the review and analysis of NFR incidents on periodical basis to identify critical risk areas based on IMDC/ BCM/ Outsourcing data Spearhead Key Control Testing implementation across MIBG entities Address any request and investigate any potential non-financial risk related issues which may be raised by regulators, auditors and internal audit during periodic review. Requirements: Minimum degree /degree equivalent professional qualification with minimum 8 years working experience in non-financial risk management or related areas Competencies: Strong analytical skills i.e. ability to analyses and interpret data Adequate exposure in non-financial risk methodologies and framework Strong inter-personal skills Able to work in a team Possess excellent report writing and presentation skills Adhere to reporting timelines
