We work in partnership with communities across Aotearoa New Zealand, placing survivors, families, and whānau at the heart of everything we do.Te Haeata/The OpportunityTe Puna Aonui is seeking a passionate and experienced Manager, Māori Outcomes & Partnerships to join our team in Wellington. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining relationships with iwi and Māori, ensuring that our initiatives deliver meaningful impact for Māori communities.The Manager of Māori Outcomes & Partnerships, will lead a team to develop and implement operational plans, build and maintain relationships with iwi and Māori organisations, and support local collaboration to enhance family violence and sexual violence capabilities. You will provide strategic advice, ensure cultural capability within Te Puna Aonui, and lead the development of processes for Te Tiriti and Te Ao Māori analysis in our policies. Additionally, you will support the secretariat for Te Pūkotahitanga (the Tangata Whenua Ministerial Advisory Group) and work with Ministry of Justice leaders to grow our people’s cultural competence.Ō pūkenga/Skills and Experience
