• Support in preparing the Global/ Regional/ Market / MI pack preparation (receive from countries, review and include in the pack). This also includes the creation of the underlying MI / data tables
• Backlog reporting (weekly basis), participating in weekly meeting.
• Variance analysis & performance commentary
• Group submissions (various ad-hoc requests)
• Ad-hoc performance analyses

Requirements

• Relevant Experience, preferably across Financial Crime risk reporting and MI within a firm in the financial services industry.
• Sound judgment, team player, strong management information (MI), governance and secretariat experience.
• Knowledge of QlikSense dashboard use and development (or similar e.g. Tableau, Power BI etc.).
• Ability to analyze large data sets and provide concise commentary of findings.
• SQL, VBA and other data analysis skills using Python or similar tools (e.g. R)
• Good stakeholder, communication and influencing skills (strong written and oral communication skills demonstrated by a history of writing reports and making oral presentations to staff).
• Proficient in dealing with senior stakeholders and rationalizing across differing priorities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities is essential.
• Good organizing skills are required.
• Experience of Financial Crime Investigations would be beneficial, but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically excel and power-point.
