- Support in preparing the Global/ Regional/ Market / MI pack preparation (receive from countries, review and include in the pack). This also includes the creation of the underlying MI / data tables
- Backlog reporting (weekly basis), participating in weekly meeting.
- Variance analysis & performance commentary
- Group submissions (various ad-hoc requests)
- Ad-hoc performance analyses
Requirements
- Relevant Experience, preferably across Financial Crime risk reporting and MI within a firm in the financial services industry.
- Sound judgment, team player, strong management information (MI), governance and secretariat experience.
- Knowledge of QlikSense dashboard use and development (or similar e.g. Tableau, Power BI etc.).
- Ability to analyze large data sets and provide concise commentary of findings.
- SQL, VBA and other data analysis skills using Python or similar tools (e.g. R)
- Good stakeholder, communication and influencing skills (strong written and oral communication skills demonstrated by a history of writing reports and making oral presentations to staff).
- Proficient in dealing with senior stakeholders and rationalizing across differing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities is essential.
- Good organizing skills are required.
- Experience of Financial Crime Investigations would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically excel and power-point.
