Job Description Oversee the development and implementation of internal controls and compliance programs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management practices. Drive proactive risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal controls. Review and update company policies in line with changing regulations. Provide training and guidance to staff on risk management and compliance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards. The Successful Applicant A Successful Manager, Internal Controls Should Have A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Prior experience in risk management or internal controls within the FMCG industry. Proficiency in implementing internal controls and compliance programs. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. The ability to coordinate with various departments and manage a team.
