Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.Job Description:Job ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for VAS initiatives (i.e. engagement events, seasonal gifts, Gala Dinner, etc.) to drive the best partnership enjoyment with brokers, working in close collaboration with Broker and Marketing Teams to plan and execute activities to meet business goals.Execute marketing materials through taking cross-team leadership when appropriate to ensure thorough, end-to-end implementation of campaigns and projects.Support the brokerage teams to execute initiatives that will advance the Sun Life brand and how we deepen engagement with our broker partners.Ensure deliverables are accurate, meet expected standards, and compliant to all applicable regulation and governance processes.Help shape and deliver the overall marketing experience, from the event to marketing communications, or even launching Gala dinner to offer brokers the best partnership experience.Actively monitor all events performance, provide regular reports, and identify optimization opportunities.Track and manage assigned budgets.Stay abreast of emerging trends and translate those opportunities into potential marketing activities.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related fieldPosses at least 6 – 8 years’ relevant experienceWillingness to travelProven success in developing marketing plans and campaignsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsMetrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativityWe offer 5-day work, attractive salary, MPF, group life and group medical insurance; and excellent career development opportunities to the right candidate.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
