• 6-month fixed term opportunity, full time, based in Wellington
• Salary Range: $132,417 to $160,472, plus KiwiSaver

Tēnei tūranga – About the Role:The position has responsibility for leading and managing all BRM business management functions, including accountability and reporting, organisational development (e.g. group wide people initiatives), business planning, and group enterprise management, such as risk, business continuity planning, and group/enterprise business planning and reporting.If you want to understand how BRM operates, how our work contributes to the Government’s priorities, use your influencing skills, enjoy leading a high performing team and have the ability to take high level and complex ideas and give them practical application through strong and clear planning, then we want to hear from you.Ngā pukenga me ngā wheako e hiahiatia ana –Skills and Experience Required

• Strong understanding of the public sector accountability framework and machinery of government

• Demonstrated experience in a range of business management functions
