Job description: We are seeking an experienced Manager – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to lead and direct our Governance & Compliance function.This role is key to developing strategies, policies, procedures, and frameworks that mitigate risks and ensure compliance with internal policies, laws, and regulations. You will work closely with senior leadership to embed a strong culture of governance and ethics across the organization.Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Governance & Compliance strategy and framework across the Group.
• Develop and implement best practices in Corporate Governance and operational policies.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
• Partner with business units to enhance internal controls and compliance frameworks.
• Design and manage Delegation of Authority (DOA) matrices for all verticals.
• Review transactions for compliance with internal policies before CEO escalation.
• Act as the focal point for Executive Committee document submissions and updates.
• Promote a strong governance and compliance culture across all teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CISA, CISM, or similar) are a plus
• Open to UAE national with family book
