Job description: We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, Global Retail Operations to lead the creation and evolution of retail processes across Pandora’s global network. In this high-impact role, you will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global retail standards-focusing on operational efficiency, inventory control, and in-store excellence.As a key leader in our Global Retail Operations team, you will collaborate with regional markets, cross-functional partners, and senior leaders, to shape scalable solutions that elevate the customer experience and improve store performance worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the Director, Global Retail Operations, develop and lead the global strategy for retail operations standards focused on driving consistency in inventory handling, stockroom management, and operational execution across all marketsPartner with regional retail leaders to identify challenges, align on priorities, and co-create solutions that address local needs within a global frameworkOversee the development and rollout of SOPs, toolkits, and training materials to ensure effective adoption of operational standardsDrive strategic initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, store efficiency, and process improvement, while protecting the brand and selling culture and ensuring alignment with global KPIsManage and mentor a Retail Operations specialist, while fostering a culture of operational excellenceCollaborate with senior stakeholders across Loss Prevention, Global Business Services, Retail Tech, Distribution Centres, and Global Security, to embed operations into broader business initiativesLead pilot programs in key markets, analyze results, and scale successful practices globallyEstablish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track progress and optimize operational performanceWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of experience in retail operations, including multi-market or global rolesProven track record of leading operational transformation and driving measurable business resultsStrong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilityDeep understanding of store operations, inventory management, and retail systemsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable influencing at all levels of the organizationExperience in building and scaling operational processes, training programs, and knowledge frameworksProven track record of successfully implementing and embedding new systems and toolsFluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skillsWhat We OfferA strategic leadership role based at Pandora’s Global Office in CopenhagenThe opportunity to shape global retail operations and impact the performance of over 2,500 stores worldwideExposure to executive-level decision-making and global project ownershipA collaborative, cross-functional environment with top professionals in retail operations, technology, and strategyCareer growth opportunities within one of the world’s largest jewelry brandsWhy Pandora?You’ll be joining a global brand on an exciting growth journey, with a clear ambition to be the world’s most loved jewellery brand.
