This position will be initially attached to the retail operations department with job rotation opportunities to various departments (such as purchasing, marketing, inventory management, logistics, etc.) to gain practical and all rounded experience for building a progressive career in our Company.Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the daily sales and operations management of retail stores to ensure smooth functioning
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with store management to implement operational strategies and improve customer experience
• Prepare reports on operational performance and provide recommendations to management for decision making
• Work closely with related departments (merchandising, inventory management and marketing) to achieve overall business goals
• Participate in projects as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must, preferably in information technology or business administration
• 8 years’ relevant experience in retail operations, sales and marketing, business development
• Outgoing, creativity and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter who can work independently, and in a team environment
• Strong analysis skill with a keen sense for numbers and reporting
