You will work together with one other manager, leading a department of more than 40 dedicated and skilled project planners. On a daily basis, we interact with the whole project organization, as our goal is to coordinate the projects time schedules.You will play a key role in advancing and developing the Project Planning department.Location Virum or Kalundborg Department Project Planning

As Manager for Project Planning, you’ll be:

• Leading and supporting employees within broad and complex project execution tasks.

• Continuing to build on our culture of motivation and multi-disciplinary teamwork among our 40+ project planners.

• Performing role model stakeholder management and business partnering with the project organization to ensure staffing of the projects.

• Conducting touchpoints with your employees to ensure a good and inspirational working environment that enhance the performance and well-being of your team.

• Planning and executing the development of your area to ensure continuous development and training of your team members to help constructively build their competences within the company.

• Part of the Project Planning department management team setting objectives and delivering results that significantly impact the department and company goals.

• Coordinating with senior management to create processes, systems and training to ensure effective project management and implementation across the organization.

The miles you’ve walked

• Engineering degree, or other technical background.

• Solid and relevant project planning and scheduling experience in international organizations or in multi-
• cultural environments, preferably from pharma & biotech industries.

• Having previously held a role as Project Planner for multi-disciplinary disciplines within Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Management projects, preferably within pharma engineering.

• Experience in coaching and leading team members.

• Extensive experience with Primavera P6, MS Project and Power BI

• Excellent in written and verbal communication in English.
