At Novo Nordisk, we are looking for a LEAN Manager for our Final Product Manufacturing area in Denmark (FPM DK) who is eager to lead impactful LEAN and digitalization initiatives. As a LEAN & Digitalization Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will play a pivotal role in driving competitive advantage and operational excellence. You will lead a dedicated team of 7-8 individuals to develop a strategic roadmap and vision for advancing our LEAN objectives with an organizational scope of more than 700 people and is in Kalundborg.In this role you will:

• Act as a change agent, guiding the organization towards a more efficient, productive and customer focused future by embracing the cLEAN Supply System.
• Drive the strategy deployment and Hoshin Kanri process across FPM DK KA
• Balance running, developing, and transforming the business to achieve sustainable success.
• Foster high levels of engagement, organizational health, and capability building within the team.
• Identify areas for waste reduction, streamlining processes, and facilitating employee training through engagement in LEAN principles.

Your new department
You will be part of the FPM DK Business Support management team, located in Denmark. The department I characterized by having competencies and processes supporting other area, why you will have sparring partners with similar dilemmas and stakeholder landscape nearby. We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• MSc or BSc in engineering, business administration, pharmaceutical, or a related field.
• LEAN Certification at Green Belt or higher is preferred.
• Experience in a product supply environment and/or management consulting is an advantage.
• 2 years or more of leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments is preferred.
• Proficient in English; Danish language skills are an advantage.
