Take the next step in your life-changing career and apply today!The positionAs Manager for CS IT Planning Systems, you will report to the Director of CS Digital Solutions and be part of the department leadership team. You will be leading a team of approx. 10 employees (IT Developers, Product Owners and Data Engineers).The team is responsible for development, maintenance and support of primarily non-GxP IT systems and related processes in CMC Clinical Supplies (CS). You will have the perfect opportunity to influence the digitalisation and IT roadmaps and strategies in the area with both short- and long-term perspectives. In collaboration with the rest of CS, you will be responsible for ensuring timely supply to patients in our clinical studies.Your primary responsibility is to:

• Drive and maintain relevant parts of the CS Digital Strategy and roadmap to support the organisation’s objectives
• Set direction for the team executing on the CS Digital Strategy and roadmap
• Empower, motivate, and develop employees to secure high team performance
• Oversee team deliverables and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive innovation and implement solutions to improve workflow and efficiency

To be successful in this position, we expect you to have:

• Experience in leading teams within digitalisation and IT, including project management and agile methodologies
• Proven track record in digital transformation, encompassing the development and execution of strategic roadmaps
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in an international environment

We pack and distribute products to clinical trials in more than 50 countries ensuring timely supply to patients. The CS area consists of 300+ employees organised in 6 departments/units working closely together sharing a strong focus on patients throughout the area.The department CS Digital Solutions drives the CS digitalisation strategy and roadmap, incl. the development, maintenance and support of IT systems within CS to enhance our ability to drive technological advancements and process improvements, while also fostering greater collaboration and innovation throughout CS. We are part of the business area Clinical Supplies, which overall goal in is to ensure timely supply to patients in clinical studies.
