Access theRole detailsThe Finance Management team at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Manager (Financial Accounting) to join their team on a permanent basis.How to apply and for mandatory requirements regarding this role, please refer to the attached Role Description.Your opportunityReporting to the Director, Financial Accounting, the Manager (Financial Accounting) will support the provision of timely and quality reports and information, expert financial compliance and accounting advice, and reviews.About the TeamFinance Management consists of Financial Accounting, including Revenue and Assets. The team provides routine and ad-hoc information, analysis and advice for various stakeholders such as the Service Directors, Business Managers and Clinicians.About our Hospital and Health Servicehas 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,700 staff. The district covers an area of approximately 90,000km2 and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine and Sarina.Some of our great benefits on offer
