Passionate for navigating and driving a sustainable green energy transition. You will join our Global Energy team in Ramboll Management Consulting, working with Ramboll’s key clients in the CCUS and Energy space.Your new roleAs a Manager / Senior Manager in the Global Energy team, you will work as a Management Consultant in the front line, helping Energy companies develop strategies and solutions to pursue opportunities and tackle the complexity of the energy transition.The role involves working with local and global clients, executing and overseeing of energy strategy project, ensuring further development and success in the developing CCUS value chains / carbon management and energy strategies across the private and public sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the wider Ramboll community, integrating technical expertise and environmental insights into project execution. In doing so you will drive successful transformation to create value for clients.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Working with energy clients (e.g. large energy generation and infrastructure companies) developing long-term client relationships.
  • Driving opportunities, growth and development in the Global Energy Team, leading activities in CCUS and Energy Transition Consulting in the Northern European Market.
  • Building long term accounts, utilizing Ramboll’s existing Key Account setup and own network to expand client relationships and build out new client relationships.
  • Ensuring project delivery with a focus on client management, quality assurance, and building deep, long-term relationships that position Ramboll as the strategic partner.
  • Further build and develop the team, including providing formal and informal learning opportunities, and driving career development for junior team members
  • Collaborate with Ramboll engineering and EHS experts for technical depth, in deploying integrated energy transition solutions as a marketplace differentiator.

  • 5-10 years in management consulting, with experience in top-tier strategy consulting
  • Proven track record of leading and managing projects and clients in the Energy space
  • Extensive experience in the CCUS space
  • Proven consulting experience in leading and building client accounts and teams
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for driving progress and succeeding through teamwork
  • A reliable, solution-oriented and structured approach to work, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
