You will be working with a team of professional across APACKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the demand forecasting process as the S&OP team lead, ensuring seamless execution.
• Guarantee the demand plan is compiled accurately and promptly, in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Establish and implement workflows that integrate essential internal and external insights into the demand plan.
• Facilitate S&OP activities effectively to align with business goals and objectives.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a dynamic team of planners.
• Utilize planning systems such to enhance processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 10 years of experience in supply chain planning, with at least 3 years of team management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in demand planning within FMCG with regional exposure preferred.
• Strong expertise in using planning systems (Anaplan, SAP).
