We possesse immense power of innovation, immagination and a desire to attract and retain the best; provide them with encouragement, stimulus, and make them feel that they are an integral part of the company’s mission.PURPOSEThe Data Integration specialist is a subject matter expert of data integration solutions and data architecture with strong functional and business knowledge to facilitate and empower analytics and data science function in increasing 11 kV network efficiency and process digitization across KE wide distribution function.This position will collaborate with internal business functions and IT to derive the strategy for data availability and governance of all available electrical assets.Responsibilities include data migration planning and execution, provide a logical data model with elements and business rules needed for the creation of data quality rules. The job includes building strong partnerships with both internal departmental streams and vendors at all levels, inside and outside the
Data, Technology and Digital Directorate, as well as collaborating with other data experts across the entire KE distribution network.Education: Minimum BE/BS in IT/CS or any related field.Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Integrators technology landscape with implementation background of utilities and electrical equipment.Knowledge

 Project Management.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY1 Solution Design (SAP BW)

• Responsible to manage and maintain distribution network KPIs through Business Warehouse.
• Validation of all requirement processes into solution-oriented design through use cases verification and quality testing.
• Responsible to identify any Problem Definition of business requirements & done Sizing according to proposed solution through evaluation of existing data and proposed growth.
• Responsible for technical Solution Design Review according to business requirement through evaluating business warehouse data model and data points.
• Responsible to suggest Development Timelines of proposed solution through project and tasks management.
• Liaises with business partners and business unit leads to conduct analysis and design efforts for future enhancements and configuration to meet changing network requirements.

2 Business Warehouse rollout in light of network KPIs

• Device framework to support technology projects in light of departmental goals.
• Smart meters analytics to gain insights on billable, non-billable and loss streams by integrating MDMS with SAP BW and expose KPIs through cubes.
• HT comparison with LT to deep dive and investigate problematic areas using slice and dice functionality by BI contents availability for apple-to-apple comparison with HT and LT.
• Facilitate network planning and other business functions through availability of data points by integrating OMS with different SAP modules and GIS.
• Real time fault intimation to minimize losses and maximize customer service through integrating ADMS Scada with SAP BW.

3 Enable provision for Guided and Self Service Analytics

• Responsible to maintain subject oriented data in Business Warehouse to facilitate business in:
• To perform predictive analysis on KE assets to replace periodic maintenance with preventive and finally predictive maintenance through data availability from multiple data sources.
• To initiate network improvements project through delivery of multiple dashboards by presenting data in BI contents through KPIs..
• Coordinate with academia and consultants to identify the potential sources or gray areas which can be filled to optimize network performance and stability through the usage of data sciences.
• Develop, maintain, and roll out predictive modeling and forecasting use cases in different areas of distribution division.

4 Training and Development

• Responsible to study industry best practices and replicate the same in KE environment.
• Conduct training sessions to educate different verticals of department regarding business warehouse and data sciences framework.
• Performance & Visibility Tools (Reports & Dashboards)
• KPI & Target Setting (Analysis & Its Reporting)
