We are a market leader, and we are advising on some of Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects.Your Opportunity – Sydney (Senior Consultant or Manager level)Due to continued growth, we have opportunities for talented individuals to join our Commercial Advisory & Transactions team at the Senior Consultant or Manager level in Sydney.You will play a key role working as part of a team in providing financial and commercial advice on major infrastructure and real estate projects across every stage of the asset lifecycle, from investment decision and business case, through procurement and transaction processes, throughout the delivery phase and into operations.Your Skills and ExperiencesYou will bring skills and experiences, preferably from major infrastructure backgrounds, across:

• Developing business cases and options.
• Advising on transaction strategy or delivery model analysis.
• Providing transaction management.
• Developing tender documentation and leading and managing tender processes.
• Developing commercial principles, term sheets, transaction documentation, and contracts.
• Resolving complex commercial issues, including through negotiations.
• Building financial models and conducting financial analysis.
• Leveraging specialist knowledge and subject matter expertise in relevant infrastructure sectors (transport, energy, social infrastructure, defence and national security, real estate, or water).

• Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
